About Me
I'm Michael Porath. For 25 years, I've worked in and with technology companies - as a software engineer and product manager, in leadership functions, and as a consultant.
Product management brought me to the intersection of development, marketing, sales, and operations. I've modernized legacy systems, launched data products, redesigned core processes.
Today I work as an external technology partner for companies in Switzerland and the EU. Experienced enough for strategic conversations with leadership, yet also hands-on building a prototype myself.
